Open-heart bypass surgery with arterial grafting remains the gold standard for patients with severe multi-vessel coronary artery disease and impaired left ventricular function. This patient presented with unstable angina, along with a troponin enzyme elevation, and underwent urgent coronary artery bypass surgery just 2 days before this video was taken.
