Walking is one of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves. It helps your heart, lungs, back, and joints, and most of all, it heals your soul. Like the saying goes, “Take time to smell the roses.” With wonderful weather days like today, a 30-minute walk can add miles to your life!

Music Boosts Heart Health

Research suggests that music may improve the health of patients living with heart disease. Past studies have found that not only can music reduce pain and anxiety, it may help lower blood pressure and heart rate. To that end, here is one of my favorite love songs from the 60’s.
