CPR Training

CPR training is readily accessible to all and it is not hard to complete. Learning the basics of CPR will save the lives of your colleagues, teammates, friends, and family.

As illustrated in this short video, cardiopulmonary resuscitation. (CPR), is a life-saving technique that helps maintain blood flow to the brain, and to the heart itself, during a cardiac arrest, no matter the underlying cause of the collapse.

CPR, of course, is not enough. A lot of attention is now focused on having automatic external defibrillators (AED) more readily available. Lastly, a coordinated training approach at the workplace, school, religious, gatherings, and, of course, at your home, will prepare everyone to react appropriately during the next emergency.
