Everyone who knows me knows I like to write.  I enjoy writing everything --letters, journal articles, essays, and editorials.  Actually, I've written hundreds of editorials, however, most of them I've smartly put in a drawer and never mailed to the newspaper.  You have to know when to pick your fights and unfortunately, you have to be politically correct if you want to survive.

On this page you can read a selection of some of my editorials that have appeared in the newspaper.  I do believe that physicians should speak up on health issues that affect our community.  Certainly, the medical malpractice crisis and health care reform are the two most important healthcare problems facing our society today.
