Interviews with My Team

Welcome to my new TikTok video series wherein I interview my hardworking team! I plan to expand these interviews to all frontline heroes at the hospital, from our security guards, our environmental services, doctors, up to our CEO.

Listen and enjoy!

Vascular Access Team

Today, I had the privilege of interviewing two of our incredible Vascular Access Team members—professionals whose expertise and dedication often go unseen, but whose impact is felt every single day across our entire hospital.

In the video, we talk about what vascular access really means:

  • The skill and precision required to place IV lines safely and efficiently.
  • The essential role they play in patient comfort, safety, and outcomes.
  • Their remarkable ability to support every service line—from the emergency department to critical care to oncology.
  • How they help reduce complications, minimize delays in treatment, and ensure our patients receive the highest-quality care the moment they enter our doors.
  • Vascular access is not just a task—it’s a highly specialized clinical skill. Our team members are experts, educators, problem-solvers, and partners in patient care. Their calm, compassionate approach brings comfort to anxious patients, and their technical excellence directly improves outcomes.

I am deeply grateful for the work they do, day in and day out. They are an essential part of the fabric of 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹, and our patients are safer because of them.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲!

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is the largest private practice cardiology group in the country, with 20 offices and nearly 100 cardiologists. While most cardiologists have found it necessary to be employed, CCP continues to grow and provide state-of-the-art care to thousands of patients in the Philadelphia region.

I’m honored to work with the CCP Teams at Montgomery, Lansdale, and Paoli. Dr. Hugh Lipshutz was one of the early team members who helped to bring cardiology care to the Norristown, East Norriton, Collegeville, and Blue Bell regions.
