Face Masks and COVID 19

During these difficult days many are trying to understand the role of masks.

Simply put, masks help in the following ways:

1) They prevent direct droplet contact

2) They keep you from touching your face, which is probably the the more helpful reason.

NOTE: The only people that require N-95 masks are those who are treating Covid patients or those confined in a high risk area such as a hospital ward, nursing home, etc.
