Culture is the Foundation of Quality

Pictured here (front to back): Amy Iobst, CRNP, Anastasia Arce, PA-C, and Donna Formica-Wilsey, CRNP —three extraordinary clinicians who exemplify what team spirit, collegiality, and leadership culture truly look like in action.

Each of them came to 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 from other health systems where the working environments were not conducive to professional well-being or growth. They took a leap of faith —and they have never looked back.

Today, they are thriving leaders, trusted colleagues, and unwavering advocates for our patients. Their collaboration, mutual respect, and shared commitment to excellence directly translate into better patient care, stronger teams, and higher quality outcomes.

Amy, Anastasia, and Donna are not just outstanding advanced practice providers —they are a reflection of who we are becoming and the direction we are heading as a program and as a hospital. I am deeply proud to work alongside them and grateful for the culture we are continuing to build together.
