To my friends and colleagues in the Philadelphia region and around the world. These past few months have seen unprecedented stress on our front-line caregivers and our community. The current tensions and destruction to our city, on top of the devastating health and economic impact of Covid-19, have caused much sadness and concerns in our Philadelphia neighborhoods.
Philadelphia has always been known as a “City of Neighborhoods.” We must do our part to keep our neighborhoods strong. These are tough times but we must unite and come together. We cannot let our inner candles flicker. We must share our love and respect for each other and treat all people with dignity. Our hearts must and will go on!
As beautifully stated today by Mr. Barry Freedman, President and CEO of Einstein Healthcare Network, “Our mission statement, with humanity, humility and honor, to heal by providing exceptionally intelligent and responsive healthcare and education for as many as we can reach, is our guide as Einstein Healthcare Network continues its long history of treating an expansive and diverse community.”
Please help us continue to serve our community by contributing to our fundraiser for Einstein Health –We’re More than Medicine!
