“𝗜 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲” — 𝗔 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: Over the past 15 months, I’ve lost 50 pounds —not through a fad diet or quick fix, but by embracing a true lifestyle change built around what I call the 𝟯𝗘’𝘀: 𝗘𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
That journey inspired my book, 𝙄 𝙐𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚, where I share how small, consistent choices can transform your health and mindset. I’ve learned that it’s not about perfection —it’s about progress, awareness, and compassion for yourself.
- 𝗘𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: I cut out fried and fatty foods, reduced red meat, and focused on lean proteins, vegetables, and balance.
- 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲: I walk every day —movement is medicine.
- 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: I work on mental health and perspective, recognizing that not every battle can or should be fought.
This experience has completely reshaped how I think about well-being — and it’s the foundation of my speaking engagements on personal transformation, leadership, and resilience.
If you or your organization are ready to explore sustainable wellness, purpose-driven performance, and the power of mindset, I’d love to share the 3E philosophy with your team.
