I took this picture today because it reflects the hands-on, frontline leadership of Beth Duffy MBA, President and COO of Einstein Medical Center Montgomery.

Shown assisting at the side of the registration table in the photo below, Beth is coordinating today’s launch of the Covid-19 vaccine administration for our employees. She has worked non-stop —and on site— during the pandemic, all hours of the day and night. Truly incredible and heroic efforts.

I have been fortunate to learn from many fine healthcare leaders over my career, but none can match Beth’s immediate and direct engagement style.
