Beth Duffy – President and COO

“Leaders aren’t born, they are made.  And they are made just like anything else, through hard work.” – Vince Lombardi

Beth Duffy is one of the hardest working, most frontline and experienced senior healthcare leaders that I have had the privilege to work with in my career. Her story of how she became President and COO of Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital is extraordinary and worth the read.

She is truly a frontline leader. During the Covid pandemic, Mrs. Duffy was present every day making rounds in the ICU and the Covid unit. She always has the pulse of every aspect of the hospital and knows every individual employee personally. Simply put, she was one in a million, and one of the main reasons I love working at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital.
