Some people make a difference. Others define it.

Kristina Potsko, known to all of us simply as KP, is that person for our team.

As our APP Chief, she is the perfect blend of brilliant clinical talent, exceptional organizational leadership, and a trusted advisor whose judgment I rely on every single day. She leads with quiet confidence, unwavering integrity, and a deep commitment to our patients and our team.

The truth is simple, whatever success I have enjoyed at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital has only been possible because of her. Behind every strong program is someone who keeps it grounded, focused, and moving forward, and for me, that has always been KP.

I am incredibly fortunate, and deeply grateful, to have this remarkable person alongside me in my career.

Thank you, KP, for everything you do and for who you are.

Grateful every day for this incredibly talented, dedicated, and good-humored team of APPs.

They’ve trained hard, seen a lot, and yes… gained valuable perspective elsewhere before realizing exactly where they belong.

Let’s just say, working elsewhere helped confirm that the culture and teamwork at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital is hard to beat! 😊
